(1) Project introduction

    The JMJZ feed unit is a modular small and medium-sized unit with an annual output of 5,000-25,000 tons per shift, which can produce pelleted and powdered feed. JMJZ unit is composed of pulverizer, mixer, granulator, cooler, screening machine, lift conveyor, electronic control equipment, etc. The building block unit can be designed as manual batching, or automatic batching, and the entire unit is installed on the modular steel structure. The centrally controlled analog screen is also included, and all equipment is controlled by chains and equipped with safety production alarm devices, which is simple and convenient to operate. State-of-the-art semi-automatic feed units reduce construction time and have a small footprint.
